Client Letter-Welcome To Tax Season

Welcome to the 2021 Tax Year Filing Season!

I am sure you have been patiently awaiting the delivery of your Tax Caddy to begin uploading your 2021 individual tax documents to us. We thank you for your patience and are happy to announce we sent out the TaxCaddy invitations this afternoon (January 24, 2022).

You should have received an email from TaxCaddy stating that:

C P A Group would like you to login to the Tax Caddy system.

Please accept this invitation. This will be the portal you will use to sign your engagement letter, upload your tax documents, fill out your organizer, receive your tax return and view any tax payments that may be due. You will even have access to directly contact us through the TaxCaddy messaging features!

The email address sending out the invitation will be TaxCaddy <noreply@taxcaddy.com>.

Please be sure to also check your spam if you don’t see the email in your inbox.

You can submit documents by taking pictures with the TaxCaddy mobile app, uploading files, or manually entering information. For even greater convenience, you will also have the option of authorizing TaxCaddy to retrieve documents automatically from your financial institutions which will give us immediate access (See Smart Links Instructions in your TaxCaddy).

Technical support and troubleshooting are available by email and live chat in the TaxCaddy Help Center.

So please check your inbox for the TaxCaddy invitation email and make sure to click “accept.”

If you have any trouble with the authorization codes after you have clicked “accept.” Please let us know as we may need to update your current mobile phone number in our system.

We look forward to working with you utilizing this new system, and hope you find the system easy and convenient to use.

Sincerely,

Natalie M. Elser, CPA
